DELIVERY

All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for selected countries when your order total exceeds:

HONG KONG: $600 HKD
MACAU: $930 MOP
CHINA: $1,200 CNY
TAIWAN: $4,300 TWD
SINGAPORE: $300 SGD

UNITED STATES: $320 USD
UNITED KINGDOM: $320 GBP
AUSTRALIA: $520 AUD

Delivery Terms:

  • All International Orders will be fulfilled on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis — import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. No additional charges will be incurred upon delivery.
  • Orders to Macau will not be charged with import tax & duties. No additional chatges will be incurred upon delivery.

IN-STORE PICK UP ORDERS

Customers that have selected in-store pick up as their delivery option have 30-days to pick-up their order once they are notified that order is available for pick-up.

After 30-days, we may cancel your order if we have not been able to reach you. Upon cancellation, we will charge a 5% restocking fee and refund the rest of the purchase total to the customer in the form of store credit.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Certain items may be charged an oversized handling fee, which will be calculated at checkout. These items may also be only available to selected regions.


Returns and Exchanges

Hong Kong

We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for full-priced GROCERY, GRODESIGN, and GROSPORTS products. Community brands and Gromarket products are excluded.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@grogrocery.com within 10 days of delivery.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Returns or exchanges are allowed one time only per order; multiple requests will not be accepted.
  • Only items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. All other approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
  • Items purchased on discount, markdown, or during seasonal sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Additional Terms:

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Store credit (based on the original purchase price) will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
