DELIVERY

All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for selected countries when order total exceeds below:

HONG KONG: HK$800
MACAU:
HK$1,000
TAIWAN:
TWD 5,000

Our orders are fulfilled on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and customers will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Certain items may be charged an oversized handling fee, which will be calculated at checkout. These items may also be only available to selected regions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Hong Kong

For local orders in Hong Kong, we have a 10-day return and exchange policy for full-priced orders of GROCERY, GRODESIGN and GROSPORTS products. Community brands and Gromarket products are excluded. Please contact us at info@grogrocery.com for any requests.

To return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery.
  • The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
  • Returns or exchanges can only be arranged one-time after the initial order. Further requests, will not be accepted.
  • Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. If order total after returned items is lower than free shipping threshold, shipping cost will be deducted from store credit.
  • Store credit for the website will be given for the sold price of item(s) purchased.
  • Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items.
  • Items tagged purchased with discount, markdowns or other seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers will be responsible for the shipping of item(s) to our showroom address: Unit 6C, Famous Horse Building, 1145-1153 Canton Road, Mong Kok, Hong Kong

International

We do not accept international returns and exchanges at the moment. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@grogrocery.com.
