All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for selected countries when your order total exceeds:

HONG KONG: $600 HKD
MACAU: $930 MOP
CHINA: $1,200 CNY
TAIWAN: $4,300 TWD
SINGAPORE: $300 SGD

UNITED STATES: $320 USD
UNITED KINGDOM: $320 GBP
AUSTRALIA: $520 AUD

Delivery Terms:

  • Orders shipped to China, Taiwan, Singapore, United Kingdom, and Australia will be fulfilled on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis — import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. No additional charges will be incurred upon delivery.
  • Orders to the United States will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis — customers may be required to pay import taxes and duties upon arrival.
  • Rest of World: Orders shipped to all other countries not listed above will be fulfilled on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes upon delivery.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Certain items may be charged an oversized handling fee, which will be calculated at checkout. These items may also be only available to selected regions.


Returns and Exchanges

Hong Kong

We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for full-priced GROCERY, GRODESIGN, and GROSPORTS products. Community brands and Gromarket products are excluded.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@grogrocery.com within 10 days of delivery.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Returns or exchanges are allowed one time only per order; multiple requests will not be accepted.
  • Items purchased on discount, markdown, or during seasonal sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Additional Terms:

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If, after returning items, the remaining order total falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Store credit (based on the original purchase price) will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
