Questions

How do points work?

Everyone earns 1 point per HK$1, in store and online. Your tier sets what 1,000 points are worth: HK$40 off for Member, HK$60 off for Gold and HK$80 off for Black.

What happens to the points I already have?

They stay in your account. When you redeem, they’re worth your tier’s value. A Gold member with 3,000 points can redeem HK$180 off.

Should I wait to redeem if I’m close to the next tier?

Points are valued on the day you redeem. A code you’ve already redeemed keeps its value and doesn’t change when your tier does.

What happens if my tier changes?

Your points follow your tier. You keep a tier for the rest of the year you reach it and all of next, so Gold or Black reached in 2026 holds until 31 December 2027.

Do in-store purchases count?

Yes. Every order on your account earns points and counts towards your tier, in store and online.

How is my tier worked out?

By what you spend from 1 January to 31 December. Reach HK$2,000 for Gold or HK$6,000 for Black, and keep the tier for the rest of the year and all of next.

How do I use my points?

Redeem in your account before you pay. You’ll get a discount code for GROCERY and GRODESIGN products, with no minimum spend, valid for 6 months.

Do my points expire?

Points expire after 12 months with no points activity. Earning or redeeming points starts the 12 months again. We’ll email you 30 days before any points expire.

How do I get my birthday gift card?

Black members get a HK$100 gift card in their birthday month, no minimum spend, valid to the end of the following month. Add your birthday in your account at least 30 days ahead.
